Black & White Bows All Over Drink Tumbler Cup

I was sent a Maddox tumbler for a Katydid tumbler whose handle had broken off. Nice of the company to do. I was and still am appreciative. It seemed the ice was not lasting as long in the Maddox as my original Katydid. So, being a nerd, I decided to test the two side by side. I filled them both with the same amount of ice and water and allowed it to stay overnight. Viewing both 7 hours later, the Maddox had no ice in the water and the water was just a bit cooler than room temperature. The Katydid, minus the handle, had ample ice remaining and after ten hours still had ice. (Pix attached.) The tumblers are identical in looks and have no clue why they insulate differently. I just wanted to pass on the results of my very unscientific experiment to anyone who might be interested. Katydid over Maddox

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago stating this company was not helping me to get resolution on a handle that broke off a 40 oz. tumbler. My attempts to reach them went unanswered for days, until I wrote the review. Apparently the main individual handling customer service was out sick and was unable to respond to my inquiries. Well...fast forward! I have been taken care of. They were very nice and handled the situation with the expertise I would want in any CS related business. It's tough to keep everyone satisfied, but they performed well when the need was present. I appreciate their help in the resolution and wish them nothing but the best in all their future endeavors.

I bought my cup from Buc-ee's in Kentucky, and the straw will not stay in. I've tried putting the straw in several ways, but it still comes out.

I absolutely LOVE my cup!! The only issue is the straw randomly keeps coming out of the lid. I bought it at the new Buc-ee’s in Buckeye, Arizona. Is there a way to get this issue fixed?

Love it. Keeps my drinks cold.
