The replacement lids we received were a perfect match for the colors. Sometimes colors look different on websites than in reality, these colors were amazing! Our original lids were cracked from mishandling, so these are a valued replacement! Thanks for the quick shipping & wonderful value!

I dropped my cup the second time I used it and the lid broke!I have had many cups and I have dropped them all and this is the first time one has broken!The lids are NOT durable l especially when my daughter paid $40 for it!

I purchased the Lilac Floral Tumbler a while back and absolutely LOVE it! However it ran into a little trouble when it JUMPED (I promise, I had nothing to do with it) off the coffee table and chipped the lid. I was irritated, so I went to the Katydid site and low and behold you can order replacement lids! So I did! When the lid arrived I noticed a slight problem - IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR!! What to do? I couldn't go around with an orchid lid on a lilac tumbler! So, I emailed customer service. They quickly responded and rectified the situation without one insult to my intelligence - lol! Seriously though, this product is awesome and the customer service is even better!!

I originally wrote a review stating the straw hole placement is off (directly across from the handle). Yes, it is off. However, you are able to pick up the cup with either hand and drink out of the straw. Once you get used to it, you don't have to twist your wrist. I have another (popular name brand), and I can only pick it up and drink easily with one hand. Please disregard my original review! :)
