This place is awesome! It was a Black Friday sale (I’m sure chaotic) and they accidentally sent me the wrong hat! I simply emailed immediately asking if I could somehow get the correct hat sent before I left on my vacation (def need for the cruise)! They responded very quickly, confirmed the address and got my hat in the mail with tracking number and all! I offered to send back the incorrect hat and they said No, keep it! I love that this fit the pink tie dye tumbler that has a straw lid, but I should have read the description better, you need to buy straws separately, so I had to place two orders.
