Return Policy
At Katydid, we make it easy to find an outfit or accessory that you absolutely love while shopping. We’ve done our best to only include products and other apparel that we know our customers will love. When we’re designing these options, we pay special attention to the fit, the quality, and the overall design. On each of our product pages, we identify information about the product and include pictures so you can have a truly accurate idea of how the apparel, hats and accessories really stand out.
We are constantly working to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your experience at Katydid. For that reason, we offer a generous 15-day return policy.
REQUEST RETURN
Submit a return request
Click the request returns page, and then request a return on the respective order.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Damages
If you receive your items and find they are defective or damaged, you can contact us and we’ll take care of the return process. You must notify us within three days of getting your order that there is something wrong with the item. If possible, please leave the tags on!
Returns
There may be some other instances where we can accept returns. These are due to the size of the items and other factors. If you are not satisfied with your order, it’s best to contact us first and we can help you with an exchange or a replacement. This is time-sensitive, though, so make sure you do it before your 15 days are up!
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
In some instances, you may need to do an exchange of an item. Each exchange varies, and we look at them on a case by case basis. If you let Katydid know what you want to exchange, we may be able to help you find a better product that has the right size or stylish look. Contact us and we’ll take care of the exchange process!
