How can I pay for my order?
You can use a credit card or PayPal account to pay for your order. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We occasionally run discounts and great promotions. Sign up for our email newsletter to be the first to hear about any future promotions, the latest trends, and what’s new at Katydid.
Do you have a store in Dallas?
We do not have a store or showroom in Dallas. Our location in Dallas is a shipping warehouse only.
I just placed my order, but I found another item that I love! Can I add to my order?
Yes, you can add to your order as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which item(s) you would like to add. We will send you an invoice for payment.
Please note that your order might take longer to fulfill if you choose to add more items.
How do I know if an item I want is out of stock or back ordered?
If an item you want is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Do you offer custom-made items?
No, we don’t currently offer any custom-made items, but we do like suggestions for new trendy products.
How do you estimate shipping?
We estimate shipping based on the size and weight of the order. We also take into account your distance from Dallas, TX, which is where our shipping warehouse is based. The shipping option you choose at checkout will also affect the price of shipping. At this time, we currently offer Priority Mail and UPS.
How long will I have to wait to get my order?
We pride ourselves in our fast shipping times! We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or on holidays. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, we’ll email you a shipping notification with your tracking information.
Do you have rush shipping options?
We do! At checkout, you can choose between UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Rush delivery is only available for items that are currently in stock. If you have any questions about whether or not an item is in stock, please contact us. We will notify you as quickly as possible if we discover that an item is out-of-stock.
Do you ship orders to Canada?
Yes! You will find the correct shipping option at checkout.
Besides shipping to Canada, do you also ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
What’s your policy on returns?
You can return any merchandise that is damaged or defective if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us or send us an email at email@example.com and let us know! We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any other reasons outside of this policy.
I received the wrong item / I’m missing an item in my order. What should I do?
We will gladly exchange any items that you received by mistake as well as send you any items that you did not receive with your order. Please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and the item(s) you received incorrectly and/or the item(s) you did not receive.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel your order at any time. Just contact us with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel.
