AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 Star products and Service!
Had a "hic cup" with a product I have ordered twice before. Guess what? Katydid offers amazing customer service. Once my hic cup was received the company was ASAP on making sure to correct a "hic cup" The Customer service I received I will continue to sing their praises. All on line retailers should take note. Customers come first with Katydid! Thank you

Hat is adorable this is my third one
Problem washed the hat on gentle cycle cold water and all the tie dye is gone very disappointing
