GREAT Customer Service

I have to say that once customer service found out I had an issue they corrected it immediately & I GREATLY appreciated that. Unfortunately my lid doesn’t match my cup but I’m fine with that. Happy I ordered extra straws since my kids tend to loose them 😂🤣😂.

Thank goodness for replacement lids

Extremely happy that they sold lids and straws. My wife’s cup took a spill and the lid and straw broke. Searched for replacements and they had them in stock. Ordered them and arrived sooner than expected! This cup goes everywhere with my wife so she was extremely happy.

Speedy shipping

We carry katydid in our stores so I have several cups (absolutely the best by the way) but needed back up straws so I ordered and they were shipped very quickly.
