I bought two puffer bags as gifts and they came quickly and are very nice quality! My only complaint is that I’ve tried to call customer service three times and Write to them three times with no response so I would say that customer service is not doing a very good job with a response!! I was supposed to get 15% off for my first purchase and free shipping which I got neither but I can’t talk to anybody because they don’t get back to you and don’t answer their phone..

So happy with this bag!!

I was 100% pleased with this bag- so pretty and bigger than I expected. The only negative is the smell from the plastic it was wrapped in was very strong so I am letting it air out before wrapping it for Christmas. Not sure this is something you can remedy. But the bag is FAB!!!
