This place is awesome! It was a Black Friday sale (I’m sure chaotic) and they accidentally sent me the wrong hat! I simply emailed immediately asking if I could somehow get the correct hat sent before I left on my vacation (def need for the cruise)! They responded very quickly, confirmed the address and got my hat in the mail with tracking number and all! I offered to send back the incorrect hat and they said No, keep it! So not only do I have one cool hat for vacation…I got a 2nd to tag along! Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous! Happy Holidays!
