Cute but not worth the money

I absolutely adore the design on this really cute cup, I was really looking for a nice 40 oz tumbler and I remembered seeing this one in a local store so I found it here on the official website.

For a $44 cup, I expected my drinks to stay colder for longer. I'm a basic office worker who puts ice in her drinks and I've been using this for water since I received it a few days ago.

While my drink is still cold, all of the ice melts out of it fairly quickly. I have other branded tumblers (not quite this size) where the ice does not do this and so my drinks stay ice cold for much longer. It could just be a sizing thing.

Also they refunded part of my order without contacting me first. I had ordered another item in a "M" but I could have easily fit in a "L" which was still in stock. Instead of automatically refunding me, I wish they would have given me an option to have the larger size delivered instead.

Katydid has some really cute designs, but I likely won't order again.
