I purchase two a burgundy and a green the zipper was not sewn properly and the bottom was bent out of shape it was tedious to try to send it back.But when I let them know the condition , they were on top of it very courteous They replaced it immediately.The customer service is excellent. They were very hands-on with the problem. I really appreciate that.

I received this in the green yesterday, it's very roomy, lots of compartments for storage for when traveling. Love the material, color, and the shoulder strap is a bonus.
